Social Justice & Service Opportunities
Currently due to COVID-19, our service opportuniries are on hold except for the below:
Peanut butter and jelly sandwich project:
This project supports Camillus House. Each week on Thursday morning they are delivered and are served as part of the lunch that day.
Any donations should be brought to the church by Wednesday.
The sandwiches must be in sandwich bags, and it would help if those sandwiches were put back into the original bread bag. Paper towels and aluminum foil wrapping allow the bread to stale more quickly.
Any other type of sandwiches must be refrigerated, so when delivering them please let someone at the church know. It would help to have some kind of marking on the sandwich bag identifying the type of sandwich.

HABITAT FOR HUMANITY
Habitat seeks to elimnate poverty housing and homelesness from the world, and to make decent shelter a matter of conscience and action. They seek to develop homes and communities in which people can live and grow into all that God intended. As a community, we have many opportunities to accomplish this mission. Habitat invites people from all walks of life to work together in partnership to help build houses with families in need. Habitat meets once per month to do work at the different Habitat projects.
